We had 26 people attend this month's meeting. This month’s meeting was our discussion about the next version of Visual Studio, code-named “Orcas”. Dave Bost from Microsoft presented this topic for us, Thanks Dave! We really enjoyed having Dave with us, he came from Chicago. Dave is one of the Microsoft Developer Evangelists for our region.
I'd like to thank Keller Shcroeder for supplying our group with pizza and drinks! I know everyone really enjoyed it. For our next meeting I need someone to volunteer to provide the food, I don’t yet have a company to sponsor our meeting…if your company is interested please contact me.
As usual we gave away all kinds of free stuff at this meeting…I think everyone who attended the meeting took something home with them! And thanks to Dave, we gave away some really sweet stuff this month…Windows Vista Ultimate!...Ready Boost capable 1GB USB drives!....and best of all, we gave away a Microsoft Zune MP3 player!

Our next meeting is Wednesday June 13th. We’ll be continuing our discussion of .NET 3.0, specifically we’ll be discussing Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
