Search Forum Home   Discussions  Employment  Software Engine...  Software Engineer    10/8/2008 8:42:54 AM admin 3 posts Software Engineer   Computing Solutions, Inc., a leading supplier of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) for over 19 years, is seeking a Software Engineer to join a small veteran engineering team that is dedicated to all aspects of the life cycle of CSI’s premier software package LabSoft LIMS.   Responsibilities would vary but might include analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, configuration, end user support and training of LabSoft LIMS.   Requirements: ·         Bachelor degree ·         Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen   Desired Knowledge/Experience: ·         C# or VB.NET ·         SQL   Nice to Have Knowledge/Experience: ·         .NET (Winforms, ASP.Net, WCF, WPF, LINQ) ·         AJAX ·         Silverlight ·         Sharepoint ·         Visual Basic 6 ·         DBA Skills ·         Statistics ·         Project Management   Soft Skill Requirements ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels including peers and end users. ·         Strong problem solving & analytical skills. Must demonstrate effective organizational skills, demonstrated by ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, & be attentive to detail. ·         Must be a self-starter, work well in a team environment, and be able to work with minimal direction. Must display flexibility and initiative.
