Job Description
The Lead Developer will direct and participate in the creation of technical requirements, design of deliverables concerning customer requirements, and create programming logic and code.

Required Skills
BS in computer science or engineering or bachelors in related field
8 years relevant work experience
Technical qualifications:
Expert knowledge of message queuing systems (MQSeries or MSMQ), OLAP tools, Microsoft.Net, DataBase design and data modeling, XML and SML standards, web-based architecture, SQL, stored procedures, triggers and functions
Expert analytical and problem solving skills
Expert customer service skills
Expert organizational skills evidenced by ability to set priorities
Computer Skills:
Expert knowledge of Database software, Design software, Development software, Internet software, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
